Selling real estate is a numbers game. The more people that know about your listing, the more offers you are likely to receive. According to the National Association of Realtors, 50% of the buyers found their home on the internet. Did you have a strong and balanced digital marketing plan when it was on the market or was it just uploaded onto some real estate websites?
Another 28% of the buyers found their home through a real estate agent. Was your real estate agent a passive agent or an active agent? Was your agent a passive agent that did not have a plan of action? Did he or she just put up a sign in the yard, put it on the MLS, and waiting for a buyer to come? Or did your agent have a step by step proven marketing plan that utilizes both the traditional and digital channel to market your home to make sure more people know about it?
