My Probate Story
Since starting my real estate career in 2009, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate one of the most important transitions in their lives: selling or managing a home. Over the years, I discovered a unique and underserved need in the probate and trust sector — where heirs and families are often overwhelmed by the complexity of the process, the paperwork, the vendors, and the decisions that need to be made during an already difficult time.
That’s why I chose to specialize in probate real estate — earning my Certified Probate and Trust Specialist (CPTS) designation through the California Association of Realtors® to ensure I could serve families with the depth of knowledge they deserve.

I’m bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, which allows me to serve the many multi-generational Chinese-American families who are navigating probate together.
